Built on a Model of TEAM-CARE , Lifeline HOSPITALS have established the premier department of Emergency Medicine with a Level One Status to provide Acute Care to all patients with emergencies. The Emergency Department at Lifeline Hospital comprises of dedicated beds for priority one cases, which are obviously life threatening, well equipped with latest cardiac monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, crash cart with defibrillator and pacing capabilities. Emergency department has a team of physicians and surgeons available round the clock to provide integrated emergent care to patients with various emergencies supported by an infrastructure of testing laboratories, CT Scanners, MRI, X-Ray Facilities, Pharmacy Stores, Operation Theatres, ICU Beds. Lifeline HOSPITALS are fully built on cooperative clinical agreements between departments of Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Anaesthesia, Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Cardiology, Neurology and Intensive Medicine. The aim of the Lifeline model is to provide fast and timely care to patients thus avoiding damage due to the disease.

The Emergency nursing team is well trained in caring for emergency patients.Lifeline HOSPITALS Emergency Health System is capable of caring for any Emergency in any age group at anytime.

A Dedicated pediatric resuscitation bed ensures prompt management of any critically sick child. Apart from these.Lifeline HOSPITALS in its emergency department has well equipped recovery beds that cater for the priority II and III patients. We also have minor and emergency surgical procedures capabilities like suturing, SPC, etc, which are done in the minor OT. A plaster room is present wherein emergency orthopedic procedures like splinting, application of slabs/ plasters is done. Our Department follows internationally accepted protocols ACLS, ATLS, & PALS for patients care. Critical and time Dependant management is done for Acute chest pain, Acute Stroke, Polytrauma, and Sepsis.
